Job summary

Ozarks Medical Center is seeking a recruiter to handle all aspects of non-physician recruitment across the hospital and clinics. The role includes sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants, coordinating from requisition to offer and onboarding, and ensuring smooth paper verification and orientation processes.

The recruiter will represent OZH at community events and recruitment fairs, promoting the organization and attracting qualified candidates.

• Responsible for all aspects of non-physician recruitment.
• Coordinates from manager requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Represents Ozarks Medical Center at recruitment fairs and community events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate identification and selection from requisition through paperwork, references, job offer and pre-orientation.
• Manage references, job offers and onboarding paperwork to finalize hires.

Job description

Responsible for all aspects of employee (non-physician) recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the hospital and clinics. Coordinates candidate identification and selection from manager requisition through finding the right fit/ the best person for the job, and from application through paperwork process, references, job offer, and pre-Orientation.

Represents and promotes OZH at recruitment fairs, luncheons, and other community events and activities.
Prefer Associates Degree or higher.
