Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR Management in supporting the company. This position carries out responsibility in the following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding/processing, recruitment/employment.
Responsibilities
- Conducts processing effort for Field Construction Requisitions. Works alongside recruiter to ensure applicants arrive onsite in a timely manner.
- Processing applicants, onboarding, safety training and background/drug screening, badge requests, as required for site facility entry.
- Maintain personnel and medical files for employees.
- Scan/upload employee records in employee files.
- Upload medical records in employee medical files.
- Send proper new hire documentation to Payroll on hire date.
- Complete I-9 and E-Verify as needed.
- Other duties assigned by HR Manager and Director of Business Services.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Recruiter in Construction industry.
- Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Professional appearance / Business casual.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Prior DISA & Safety Council setup experience is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime as needed/requested by management/HR.
Working conditions
- Position Type: Full Time
- Hours may vary depending on project needs
- Travel: Minimal (maximum of 10%)

- Occasionally lift or move office products/supplies up to 35lbs.
