We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) to provide critical recruiting and talent acquisition support. In this role, you will help ensure the timely hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at organization, and brings a proactive approach to managing candidate pipelines.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• nterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Applicant & Candidate Management: Track candidate progression, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintain clean recruitment records.
• Onboarding & Offer Support: Assist with offer letter generation, pre-employment screening setups, and seamless onboarding transitions.
• Agency Partnership Management: Support communications and administrative workflows with third-party staffing agencies and vendor partners.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
