Help Us Build the Team Behind the Mission
At Christ Community Health (CCH), recruitment is about more than filling positions; it’s about connecting the right people with meaningful opportunities to serve others.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is energized by people, passionate about relationship-building, and excited to help a growing organization attract talented employees, students, and volunteers. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our recruiting efforts, helping candidates discover opportunities where their skills, experience, and calling can make a difference.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll help lead the day to day recruitment process while also supporting CCH’s student and volunteer programs. You’ll build relationships, identify great candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, attend recruiting events, and serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for CCH in the community.
If you’re organized, proactive, people-focused, and motivated by the opportunity to connect others with purpose-driven work, we’d love to meet you.

Grow Our Student & Volunteer Community
- Help create and maintain strong relationships with regional residency programs, medical schools, academic programs, and other organizations.
