Job summary

Center for Transforming Lives in Fort Worth seeks a Recruiter responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

You will serve as the main contact for applicants, collaborate with hiring managers, maintain ATS, and report recruiting metrics to improve efficiency while ensuring a welcoming, equitable candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in nonprofit or social services preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring goals.
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting technology to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, community outreach, referrals, and other recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Successfully recruit and hire approximately, while maintaining a consistent pipeline to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with CTL values, position requirements, organizational needs, and participant-centered service expectations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear, timely communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment software to maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment activity, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Develop, track, and report recruiting metrics and performance indicators, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, number of applicants, qualified candidates, interviews, offers, offer acceptance rate, source of hire, and cost per hire.
  • Create regular recruitment reports and dashboards to identify trends, measure progress toward hiring goals, and provide recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Monitor recruitment activity against annual and monthly hiring goals and proactively adjust sourcing and recruitment strategies when targets are not being met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, workforce development programs, schools, professional networks, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure candidates receive a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, interviewing, and supporting qualified candidates throughout the full recruitment life cycle for Center for Transforming Lives. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, creating a welcoming and supportive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process. As organizational needs evolve, this role may also support prospective candidates from external workforce and community partnerships, helping assess their qualifications and employment interests and connecting them with appropriate employment opportunities at Center for Transforming Lives.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and overall hiring efficiency.
  • Partner with the Communications team to develop and post compelling job announcements across appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience, with demonstrated success managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Experience recruiting in a nonprofit, social services, workforce development, or community-based organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring goals, including the ability to recruit approximately 60 + employees annually.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technology to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
