With strong momentum and a growing presence in the U.S., we’re opening a brand-new office in NYC as part of our strategic global expansion across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

You'll work directly with Ryan Grant, and be just one step removed from the C-Suite, playing a key role in building what will become a market-leading, award-winning team.

This is an exciting, Associate-level opportunity to shape the future of a business while rapidly developing your own career. It is ideally suited for someone with experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, consultancy, or any other client-facing or commercial environment.

You’ll need to be driven, proactive, and commercially minded. Winning new business is a significant part of the role — from cold calling and prospecting to sending out creative marketing materials and securing client meetings.

The first 12 months will be challenging — but you’ll have complete autonomy over your success and career progression. That same autonomy has helped 4 of our 7 Regional Directors grow from Associates into office leaders.

If you’re still reading, our 30% uncapped commission (no thresholds), ongoing professional and personal development, growth plans, and international mobility should excite you even further.

In 2 years, we'd hope you'd have won multiple clients and progressed to leading your own team. In 3-5 years, you could be responsible for opening our next office, potentially in Los Angeles or further afield.
