Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

A prestigious hedge fund in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process and offers the opportunity to work closely with both hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post job openings across various job boards and platforms
  • Prepare and distribute job descriptions for open roles
  • Process and manage new hire paperwork and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support ongoing hiring efforts
  • Assist in the execution of recruitment-related projects and initiatives
  • Support onboarding efforts for new hires
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications
  • Draft and distribute offer letters
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics
  • Stay informed on the latest recruiting tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
