You will manage client relationships and candidate pipelines, delivering successful placements across industries while supporting professional development and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include partnering with clients, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding the full recruitment process from introduction to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or related sales-focused role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to match client requirements and culture.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
