Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in specialist/technical roles.
• Proven ability to search and assess candidates effectively.
• Strong knowledge of multiple industries and their talent needs.
• Excellent communication and client management skills; hybrid work adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop knowledge of industry sectors to source niche candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and culture fit.
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships in the Free State.
• Utilize advanced search methods to identify passive candidates.
• Advise clients on market trends and talent availability in Welkom.
