Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Flight Crew International is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support our aviation staffing division. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and enjoys engaging with people.

Responsibilities:

1. Hire highly qualified & experienced Aviation and Maintenance professionals for full-time and contract roles.
2. Cold contact potential candidates daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, Skype, and text messaging, as well as downloading resumes from third-party databases.
3. Build and maintain a database of contract pilots, flight attendants, and maintenance personnel.
4. Stay in close contact with candidates, addressing questions and concerns.
5. Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to find and connect with candidates.
6. Update and review candidate statuses in the internal database regularly.
7. Develop and implement candidate lead strategies through recruitment marketing and social media.
8. Create content for online advertising and recruitment materials.
9. Source prospective candidates using online tools, networking, and outreach methods.
10. Screen candidates via interviews, resume reviews, and reference checks.
11. Maintain organized documentation of all candidate interactions in the ATS.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting aviation maintenance positions.
• Experience with full-time, contract, and temp-to-perm recruitment.
• Proficiency in English, with clear speaking and writing skills.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Experience with ATS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.

Additional Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Compensation: Based on experience
