Recruitment Consultant – Commission-Driven Role | Based in Houston, Texas.

Cordell Beaumont is a specialist recruitment agency connecting global startups and enterprise leaders with top commercial talent in Shipping Tech and Commodity Analytics.

Founded in the UK in 2019, we've grown into one of Europe's leading Maritime Software recruiters—and in 2024, we launched our U.S. expansion with a new office in Tampa.

Now, we're hiring an entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to lead our expansion in Houston and help accelerate our North American growth.

This Role is For You If…

You're an ambitious recruiter who's thought about starting your own agency but prefers to build something meaningful with the backing of an existing brand, infrastructure, and client network. You want to earn like an owner, without going it alone.

This Role is Not For You If…

You need hand-holding, dislike business development, or prefer being handed jobs to fill. We're building, iterating, and growing every day. You must enjoy the freedom and pressure of building something from the ground up.

On offer :

  • Up to 50% commission on placements, no thresholds
  • Average fees of $15k–$30k+ , plus quarterly bonuses and growth incentives
  • Base salary + commission hybrid model

  • 25 days PTO + incentives (including international travel)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and own a desk focused on commercial hiring across North America
  • Develop new client relationships across SaaS, energy, and digital shipping markets
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment—from outreach to offer stage
  • Represent Cordell Beaumont online and at key industry events
  • Contribute ideas and strategy as part of a small, ambitious team
