Job summary

SThree is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for our Boston, MA office. This role focuses on business development and end-to-end recruitment, serving top STEM clients in a dynamic market.

You will manage candidate delivery, nurture client relationships, and identify ideal candidates for niche roles, while guiding hires through onboarding and offer stages. The position offers a strong earning potential with a base plus uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

• Driving business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships

• Closing candidates on job offers
• Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors
