Franklin Fitch is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will learn to source, interview, and place candidates while building relationships with clients and candidates alike.

• Generating new business through research and business development
• Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
• Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
• Make placements and collect the commission!
