Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to source leads, win new business within a technical niche, and network with clients to maximise ROI.

You'll build relationships, collaborate with delivery teams, and guide candidates through interviews while enjoying an award-winning L&D culture and clear progression to VP, plus uncapped commission and monthly rewards.

Global infrastructure recruitment specialist working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, and Networking by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both Contract and permanent roles.

What you will be doing – Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Source and chase leads to win new business within your technical niche.
• Networking with clients to maximize the RIO of key accounts.
• Build relationships and increase client commitment through client entertainment and meetings.
• Collaborate with the FF delivery teams to ensure excellent service to both clients and candidates
• Leveraging multiple headhunting techniques to find the best talent.
• Utilizing relationship building skills to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Proactively problem solving any barriers to placement.
• Accurately preparing candidates for interviews to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
