Phaidon International, a multi-award-winning talent partner, is hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in New York for a full-time Fall start. From day one you'll build relationships with hiring managers and executives, own the full recruitment cycle, and earn uncapped commissions with an OTE of $70k-$80k in your first year.

Responsibilities

• Client development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and leaders; negotiate and understand talent needs
• Candidate engagement: identify, headhunt mid-to-senior and executive professionals; build a pipeline
• End-to-end process management: own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to post-placement support
• Embrace technology and data: use tools to identify opportunities and track market trends to improve outreach

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development

From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.

Candidate Engagement

Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.

End-to-End Process Management

Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. You'll be the person both sides rely on to get it right.

Embrace Technology and Data

We equip our consultants with best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and move faster. You'll use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen your outreach - but it's your expertise and relationships that turn insight into results.
