ACJ Talent is partnering with a growing recruitment business in Austin, seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The role involves managing candidates, building client relationships, handling live vacancies through placement, and contributing to business development in a target-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in recruitment or staffing, with agency recruitment experience preferred, and a confident, sales-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
• Ambitious and commercially driven.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Based in Austin or able to commute into Austin.
