Reliant Transportation Group is seeking a Recruitment and Benefits Communications Specialist to craft and deliver the employer brand and benefits messaging for 20+ service centers across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role blends marketing, communications, and HR knowledge to simplify complex benefits for a multi-site hourly workforce.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to translate technical plan language into plain English.
• Strong project management skills to manage campaigns and enrollment calendars.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud; able to learn platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the employer brand and candidate messaging; develop messaging framework and visuals for recruiting materials.
• Plan and run recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, paid social, and events; manage budget and vendors.
• Equip service centers to hire locally; provide hiring event kits and materials for events.
