ARDEX Americas ( http://www.ArdexAmericas.com )is expanding our Corporate Human Resources team with the addition of aRECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST.
You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding hourly andsalaried positions across our multi-state and international Americasworkforce. Recruiting and interviewing experience is essential.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with flexiblework options available. Located at our woodland campus complete withwalking trails and free parking at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, CenterTownship, PA 15001.
What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salariedpositions across ARDEX Americas, partnering with hiring managers toattract and hire top talent.
- Proactively represent ARDEX at career fairs, technical schools,colleges, and community recruiting events, building talent pipelinesand promoting ARDEX as an employer of choice.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage social media andprofessional networks, and support employer branding initiatives toattract qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinateinterview processes, and provide hiring managers with candidaterecommendations and interview feedback.
- Prepare employment offers and maintain regular communication withcandidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate and administer all pre-employment activities includingbackground checks, reference checks, employment verifications, andonboarding activities (via Paylocity system), i9 verifications etc.,with high level of accuracy.
- Prepare new hire orientation schedules and conduct employee orientations
- Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee records withinPaylocity HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement, development, recognition programs,training events, and other People & Culture initiatives.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum two (2) years of recruitment and interviewing experience
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
- Experience with HRIS is essential. Experience with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws,particularly regarding recruiting and hiring
- Proven high attention to detail and precision in maintainingaccurate personnel records
- Proven organizational skills; able to effectively managemultiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident and clear communicator (verbal and written).Excellent listening skills. Engaging presenter. Builds andmaintains relationships easily.
- Positive, problem-solving, "can-do" mindset
- Strong team player: collaborates effectively with a diverseteam across different locations
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business,Communications, or a related field preferred, or minimum completedHigh School Diploma with relevant work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel -mostly locally
