ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com) is immediately hiring a HR & Administrative Support . This position provides both Human Resources and administrativesupport within a busy manufacturing environment, serving as a keyresource for employees and leaders across our Dallas, GA andMansfield, TX operations. This is a full-time position located atour Dallas, GA plant, 356 Academy Dr, Dallas, GA 30132 , with periodic travel our Mansfield, Texas plant.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for plant employeesregarding questions, concerns, policies, benefits, attendance,PTO, and employee programs
- Partner with plant leadership and Corporate Human Resources tosupport employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and investigations
- Coordinate temporary staffing activities, onboarding, newemployee orientations, and 90-day follow-up discussions
- Support payroll and attendance processes, including timecardreview, PTO and absence tracking, payroll submissions, andemployee record maintenance
- Partner with plant leadership on employee disciplineadministration and help ensure the consistent application ofpolicies and procedures
- Coordinate plant training activities and maintain training,compliance, certification, and employee development records
- Assist with workers' compensation, OSHA, safety,environmental, and other compliance-related documentation
- Prepare termination documentation and assist withadministration of the termination process
- Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, openenrollment activities, and employee inquiries
- Maintain employee files, HR reports, spreadsheets, compliancedocumentation, and employee data within company systems
- Assist with employee communications, surveys, Lunch &Learn programs, recognition initiatives, wellness activities,service awards, and employee engagement programs
- Assist with recruitment activities by coordinating interviews,candidate communications, onboarding logistics, andrecruitment-related reporting and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with companypolicies, employment regulations, and workplace requirements
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide administrative and procurement support to plant leadership
- Serve as a resource for employee support items includinguniforms, safety equipment, office supplies, plant supplies, andrelated employee resources
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and relatedadministrative activities, including janitorial services, copierservices, and similar plant support functions
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, filing, andother administrative documentation
- Assist with plant communications by preparing and distributingnotices and information
- Support employee events, recognition programs, wellnessinitiatives, and other plant activities
- Perform additional administrative, HR, and special projectresponsibilities as assigned

- Human Resources and/or administrative experience required
- Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, warehouse,plant, or similar operational environment preferred
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to supportemployees and leaders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingthe ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy,time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, solveproblems, and follow through on responsibilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality,accountability, responsiveness, and teamwork
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word,Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, applicant trackingsystems, or Paylocity preferred
- Working knowledge of employment and workplace regulations,including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, workers' compensation,unemployment, and wage and hour requirements preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment and adapt to changing business needs

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma with relevant work experience, orAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field
- Valid driver's license required
- Limited travel will be required, initially estimated atapproximately once per month, with the potential to transition toan every-other-month schedule
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate travelidentification (REAL ID or passport)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
