Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiting Account Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, while on-site managing the temporary workforce in Maine.

The role offers a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 per year, plus a performance-based annual bonus up to $2,000, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

As a Recruiting Account Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
