From production roles to corporate positions, you’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience while aligning with our company’s mission of delivering high-quality, innovative food products to a growing list of Fortune 500 CPG companies and entrepreneurs from our network of manufacturing facilities.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Sourcing Candidates:** Utilize a variety of recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates for salary-based roles at multiple manufacturing locations.* **Screening and Interviewing:** Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to ensure their qualifications and experience align with job requirements. Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.* **Candidate Presentation:** Present qualified candidates to internal hiring managers, providing detailed summaries of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interview feedback.* **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the unique needs of each manufacturing facility, ensuring a strong match between candidates and positions.* **Job Offer Management:** Assist with the creation and extension of job offers, ensuring clear communication of salary, benefits, and terms of employment to candidates.* **Recruitment Metrics:** Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the TA team and hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, interview statuses, and time-to-fill metrics.* **Candidate Relationship Management:** Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.* **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
