Verstela is looking for an entry-level Recruiter/HR Assistant to support our growing staffing needs in Everett, WA. You will talk with job seekers, learn about their experience and goals, and help match them to opportunities where they can succeed.

No recruiting experience is required—this role emphasizes learning, communication, and building relationships in a fast-paced environment. A Monday–Friday schedule with training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service, call center or inside sales industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet set deadlines.

You will:
