Role Overview

This is a sales-focused, hands-on recruiting position within a rapidly growing recruitment firm. You will be responsible for building your own client book of business from the ground up through cold outreach, prospecting, and outbound sales. You will be directly involved in securing job orders, presenting TalentLNX services, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Once a role is secured, you will receive support from internal recruiters for sourcing and screening candidates. However, this remains a proactive role where you will lead high-priority searches, particularly in the early stages or for key positions, ensuring successful delivery on commitments.

This role combines client development with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. You will manage the recruitment process and act as a trusted advisor to both the clients we serve and the job seekers we support. The ideal candidate is strategic, takes initiative, recognizes opportunities, and is ready to own their pipeline and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Do

Client Development and Partnership Building

  • Identify and engage healthcare, pharmacy, and administrative organizations aligned with our mission.
  • Execute targeted campaigns, leverage warm introductions, and engage in purposeful networking to expand the client base.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and long-term objectives.
  • Clearly communicate TalentLNX services with a focus on delivering impact.
  • Build enduring relationships grounded in trust, reliability, and shared success.

Recruiting Strategy and Candidate Delivery

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role secured. • Utilize modern recruiting tools, professional networks, and innovative outreach methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct structured interviews evaluating both competencies and cultural fit.
  • Represent candidates honestly while aligning their goals with appropriate opportunities.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Operational Ownership and Collaboration

  • Document all activity, outreach, and placements accurately using ATS and CRM systems.
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication across internal platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute insights and best practices to support team development and organizational improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of demonstrated success in outbound B2B sales and business development, including prospecting and client acquisition.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-desk recruiting, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proficient with CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, and outreach tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and resilience in adapting to change.
  • Experience in healthcare or operational staffing is highly preferred.
  • Commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and delivering quality results.

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position with a base salary plus commission. First-year on-target earnings typically average $90,000 to $110,000, with no cap on earning potential. Your compensation is aligned with the value you create and the consistency you bring.
