Job Summary:
Brains & Motion Education is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team remotely. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and supporting Operations in selecting qualified instructors and program staff for our after-school and camp programs across the United States.
This role is fully remote and requires availability to work during U.S. daytime hours (aligned with Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Actively source and attract top talent for part-time instructor positions through job boards, online platforms, and targeted recruitment campaigns. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that match the program requirements.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication, scheduling interviews, and providing updates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications, and move qualified candidates forward in the hiring process. Coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers and program directors.
- Job Postings: Create and maintain job postings on various platforms (e.g., Indeed, Handshake, Paycor Recruiting) and ensure they are updated based on hiring needs and timelines.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics including progress on hiring needs for assigned area(s), candidate pipeline health (including candidate volume at each stage of the recruitment process) and candidate status (including interview progress, offer acceptance, and onboarding completion). Prepare regular daily and weekly reports to provide insights on recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with U.S. hiring laws and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation of candidate information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with program timelines.
Qualifications:- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in high-volume hiring for part-time or seasonal positions.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English language communication skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural communication.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining availability during U.S. business hours.
- Confidentiality: Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Details:- Compensation: $867/Month
- Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
- Work Schedule & Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones).
