Job summary

Performance Plus is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support Human Resources and Operations in hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention across our offices.

The role involves posting jobs, reviewing applicants, interviewing candidates, coordinating background checks, onboarding sessions, and ongoing follow-up. You will travel to different offices and recruiting events to build talent pipelines and ensure strong start for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between offices and hiring events as needed.

Responsibilities

Performance Plus is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to support Human Resources and Operations in hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention across our offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, traveling to different offices and hiring events, staying organized, and helping new employees start strong.

What You’ll Do

• Post jobs, review applicants, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding, orientation, and training steps.
• Partner with HR and Operations to support staffing needs and Workforce Growth goals.
• Track 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins, exit interviews, and onboarding follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, calendars, online forms, and shared folders.
• ATS experience preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
• Access to company vehicle for daytime travel, clean driving record and valid license required.
