CAPTEK Softgel International is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle from candidate search through onboarding and integration into the CAPTEK culture.
You will partner with HR and business leaders to craft job descriptions, conduct effective interviews, and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. Travel to San Diego County and other locations is required as needed.

Summary: The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment and hiring. The Recruiting Specialist collaborates with CAPTEK business leaders and the HR team to fully contribute and align with business objectives. The Recruiting Specialist leads the effort of onboarding new employees and developing an emotional connection to CAPTEK from the point of orientation. The Recruiting Specialist works closely with the HR Team to develop and deliver retention and engagement programs.
