Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a leading global financial services firm to add several Recruiting Sourcers to its New York team. This onsite contract role focuses on building pipelines for priority searches across the U.S.

and international markets. You’ll own sourcing across engineering/technical roles, develop targeted strategies, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, ATS databases, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sourcing, recruiting research, talent intelligence, or similarly research-driven recruiting role.
• Prior experience sourcing engineering or technical talent.
• Strong understanding of different types of software engineering and technical roles.
• Ability to quickly learn complex job requirements and translate them into an effective sourcing strategy.
• Naturally curious and highly research-oriented—you enjoy finding talent that isn’t immediately obvious.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Strong written communication skills and experience developing personalized candidate outreach.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong partnership skills and ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and pipeline-building efforts across a variety of engineering and technical roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage high-caliber technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Build thoughtful, personalized outreach strategies designed to drive candidate engagement.
• Research technical talent markets, competitor organizations, and new talent pools.
• Track pipeline health, outreach performance, response rates, and conversion metrics.
• Use recruiting data and market intelligence to identify when sourcing strategies, messaging, compensation, or candidate profiles may need to be adjusted.
• Conduct initial candidate qualification before handing candidates off to recruiting partners.
• Support hiring primarily across New York and London, with potential exposure to searches in Hong Kong and Singapore.

This is a highly research-driven sourcing role for someone who genuinely enjoys digging into technical talent markets, developing creative sourcing strategies, and using data to understand what is—or isn’t—working. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines for priority searches across the U.S. and international markets.
