Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Programs Lead to own two connected programs: early career talent and contingent workforce. You will design the scalable structure, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to align with company goals.

The role requires depth in both areas, from university relations to contractor management, with a focus on California compliance and vendor management. Expect collaboration across offices and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in recruiting operations or people programs.
• Proven track record building early-career programs.
• Experience with contingent worker programs and VMS.
• Strong California employment law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale early career talent program across university relations and internships.
• Manage full early-career recruiting lifecycle from campus partnerships to onboarding.
• Build and manage contingent worker program end to end with vendor management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to align programs with regulations and business goals.
