Applied Intuition Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Programs Lead to own two linked programs: our early career talent programs and our contingent workforce program. You will build structure, compliance, and scalability for hiring students, new grads, contractors, temps, and agency workers.

The role requires depth in university relations and contingent labor compliance, especially in California. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to align programs with business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in recruiting operations or related roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling early career programs (university relations, new grad hiring, internships).
• Proven contingent worker program management with vendor/staffing agency experience and VMS knowledge.
• Solid understanding of employment law and compliance for contingent workforce, especially in California.
• Strong program management, process design, and cross-functional communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale early career talent programs across university relations, new grad hiring, and internships.
• Manage the full early career recruiting lifecycle from campus partnerships to onboarding.
• Build and manage the contingent worker program end-to-end with vendors and staffing agencies.
• Ensure compliant contingent labor structures in California.
• Manage contingent talent via a Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Work with Employers of Record (EORs) to extend the model beyond the U.S.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, internal apps, and Engineering to align programs with objectives.
• Analyze program data: time-to-fill, pipeline health, spend, and compliance risk.
• Drive automation across both programs to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
