Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a 12-month contract Program Manager, Recruiting Operations in New York to own the sourcing tech stack. You will administer the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter, audit usage, optimize end-to-end workflows, and drive adoption across sourcers and recruiters.

Collaboration with the Greenhouse ATS owner ensures clean data flows and integrated processes. You will design templates, nurture campaigns, and reporting to improve sourcing effectiveness while partnering with Employer Brand

Qualifications

• Hands-on with sourcing tools (CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter) and able to configure and administer them
• Experience designing workflows sourcers will genuinely use
• Proven track record driving tool adoption and improving usage metrics
• Analytical mindset with funnel metrics, response rates, and license utilization
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day admin for CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter: configuration, user management, licenses, permissions
• Run feature utilization audits to identify gaps and opportunities
• Redesign and optimize sourcing workflows from prospecting to handoff into ATS
• Drive CRM adoption through enablement, design, and measurable targets
• Develop outreach templates and nurture campaigns with marketing teams
• Partner with Greenhouse owner on CRM–ATS integration and data flow
• Establish reporting on sourcing funnel performance and license utilization
• Conduct user research to identify friction and validate solutions
• Produce documentation, playbooks, and training for sourcers and new hires
• Manage relationships with tool account teams and capture roadmap insights
• Stay current on sourcing tech trends and evolution of Datadog’s sourcing stack
