Datadog is seeking a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations on a 12-month contract to own the sourcing tech stack and drive value from CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will become the expert on these platforms, redesign workflows, and ensure clean data flow into Greenhouse.

The role emphasizes adoption, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead audits, build templates, and train sourcers/recruiters while partnering with ATS owners to optimize data mappings and reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with recruiting CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience driving tool adoption and workflow redesign.
• Able to audit platforms and make prioritization decisions.
• Strong communicator and trainer for sourcers/recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Admin CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter; manage users, licenses, permissions.
• Audit feature utilization and optimize platform usage.
• Redesign sourcing workflows from prospecting to handoff into ATS (Greenhouse).
• Lead CRM adoption with measurement against targets.
• Create outreach templates and campaigns with marketing support.
• Collaborate on CRM–ATS integration and data mapping.
• Establish reporting on funnel performance and license use.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback before rollout.
• Develop documentation and training for new hires.
• Manage relationships with sourcing tool account teams.
• Stay current on sourcing tech trends and recommend roadmap changes.
