Job summary

Ashby is hiring a Recruiting Operations Consultant to support our High Touch customer segment. You’ll blend 1:1 consulting, CSM enablement, and educational content to scale advanced recruiting operations expertise.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Professional Services to shape offerings, deliver SOWs, and build scalable playbooks that help customers achieve measurable recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact consulting via RecOps engagements focusing on recruiting strategy, analytics interpretation, and operating best practices.
• Partner with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope, sell, and deliver paid consulting engagements using the RecOps framework.
• Translate insights from 1:1 consulting into scalable education—Academy courses, guides, webinars, and playbooks.
• Contribute to advanced product education and shape our Education offerings for customers.
• Act as SME and liaison between Customer Education and High-Touch CSM teams to surface content needs.
