Job summary

LINX, headquartered in Denver, CO, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting team with day-to-day admin, scheduling, and candidate communications. This on-site role coordinates interviews, postings, onboarding handoffs, and recruitment metrics to keep the hiring process moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of admin, coordination, or recruiting-support experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication for candidate-facing work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Office 365 with calendar management.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
• Post approved job requisitions to internal and external boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP).
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in the ATS.
• Serve as the candidate point of contact during the interview process and send updates.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire paperwork under TA Manager guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding handoff between Recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers; ensure timely completion.
• Administer the employee referral program: log referrals, track eligibility, process payouts.
• Pull and compile recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline) for TA Manager.
• Maintain recruiting files, templates, trackers; keep documentation audit-ready.
• Provide light screening support (resume review, initial screens) as directed.
• Support career fair and campus recruiting logistics: registration, materials, travel.
