The Recruitment Operations Partner is a strategic individual contributor responsible for optimizing recruiting operations, improving the candidate experience, and enabling recruiter productivity at scale. This role supports process execution, operational insights, and continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle while partnering with recruiters, hiring leaders, HR stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure recruiting operations and sourcing activities are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
