Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator in Tampa to support the attorney hiring lifecycle, with a focus on OCI and summer associate recruiting. You will coordinate interviews, scheduling, and offer letters while maintaining accurate records and assisting with conflicts checks and onboarding.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced law firm environment. Prior experience in a law firm is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, legal, or professional services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OCI recruiting processes and law school hiring cycles a plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OCI program logistics and summer associate scheduling.
• Prepare and track offer letters for summer positions; manage revisions to acceptance.
• Maintain OCI candidate status records and pipeline data.
• Serve as a primary contact for summer associates during offers and pre-arrival.
• Coordinate conflicts checks with General Counsel and HR as needed.
• Support onboarding handoff and post-offer processes; ensure smooth transition to HR.
• Generate regular recruiting reports and ensure ATS data integrity in Greenhouse.
• Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and job postings.
