Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support OCI and summer associate hiring, conflicts checks, and broader recruiting operations. The role emphasizes organization, discretion, and collaboration with attorneys and HR teams across the firm.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in recruiting or professional services, with familiarity in Greenhouse ATS and OCI processes. This is a full-time on-site role at our Tampa, FL location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, legal, or professional services environment; prior law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with OCI recruiting processes and law school hiring cycles a significant plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with attorneys, candidates, and staff.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential candidate and firm information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for the OCI recruiting season, including registration for resume collects, callback interviews, and on-campus events at law schools.
• Coordinate summer associate interview scheduling and prepare, distribute, and track offer letters for summer associate positions.
• Maintain accurate records of OCI candidate statuses, offer outcomes, and pipeline data.
• Serve as a primary contact for summer associate candidates during the offer and pre-arrival process.
• Support conflicts checks for candidates and assist with post-offer clearance and onboarding.
• Provide operational support across offer administration, interview scheduling, and requisition management as needed.
