Job summary

Weareams seeks a Recruiting Operations Lead for Early Careers & Campus in New York City. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, 40 hours per week, permanent employment. You will drive campus recruiting operations, program delivery, and continuous improvement across internships and early careers pathways.

Lead data-driven initiatives, automate workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale processes while maintaining governance and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting, Early Careers, Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or Recruiting Project Management.
  • Experience managing large-scale recruiting programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing operational reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Technical Skillset :Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data modelling ,Dashboard creation, advanced power query.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, Can translate complex operational issues into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, controls, and governance.
  • Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Evaluate existing ways of working and recommend solutions that improve quality, speed, consistency, and stakeholder experience.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Drive operational excellence across large-scale campus recruiting programs.
  • Process Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify manual, repetitive, and time-intensive recruiting and operational processes.
  • Design and implement practical automation solutions using existing business tools and technologies.
  • Leverage Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools, and workflow redesign techniques to reduce manual effort.
  • Create scalable processes that improve efficiency without requiring enterprise-level technology development.
  • Automate reporting, data validation, audit checks, candidate tracking, and operational workflows where appropriate.
  • Develop solutions that balance efficiency gains with strong governance and risk controls.
  • Track and communicate measurable efficiency improvements, time savings, and operational impact.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead operational and transformation projects supporting campus recruiting delivery and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate implementation of new tools, processes, and operating models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully embed change and drive adoption.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and dashboards.
  • Utilize Power Query to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting.
  • Analyze recruiting, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and business insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish robust data management, validation, and quality control processes.
  • Early Careers & Campus Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on campus recruiting operations and program delivery.
  • Support initiatives across internships and other early careers pathways.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to improve candidate and stakeholder experiences.

The successful candidate will act as the operational engine behind the team—combining campus recruiting expertise, continuous improvement, analytics, project management, and automation capabilities to transform manual processes into scalable, technology-enabled ways of working while maintaining strong governance and delivery excellence.

Key Accountabilities

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
