Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month FTC in New York, to support Hiring Managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment services. You will partner with sourcing and administration teams to ensure quality, maintain client expectations, and manage complex offers with a focus on compliance and effective pipelines.

You will engage with clients, provide expert guidance, and drive recruitment strategies that align with market needs. A strong focus on candidate experience and meeting SLAs is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for highly corporate roles within Financial Services, including risk, compliance, audit, sales and technology.
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns to meet client requirements.
• Ability to present to and resolve issues for clients and candidates, including Hiring Managers.
• Expert in behavioural/competency-based interviewing.
• Experienced in meeting demanding targets, ratios and SLAs.
• Understand client business strategies and AMS service delivery implications.
• Autonomous, potentially responsible for own business areas.
• Knowledge of applicable employment legislation and contractor risks.
• Expertise in diverse candidate sourcing strategies (web, networking, advertising, databases).

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration, utilizing relevant recruitment technology applications.

You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
• Worked with, and presented to and solved issues for clients and candidates, including Hiring Managers
• Expert in behavioural / competency-based interviewing
• Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
• Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the client’s business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery
• Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis
• Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)
• Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US $55,600 - $81,500; for NYC - $70,200 - 93,700, plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Performance Bonus)
