Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Head of Recruiting Coordination to lead a global team and scale our recruiting coordination function. You will shape strategies, drive automation, and partner with Recruiting Operations and People Ops to build scalable workflows for rapid hypergrowth.

You will own interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers, and tier one operations while delivering high-quality candidate experiences and efficient interview logistics.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination with progressive team management responsibility.
• Demonstrated success building and managing a coordination team in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple offices, setting standards for candidate experience, interview logistics, and operational excellence.
• Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers, and coordination training.
• Own Tier 1 operational backlog, including creating and closing job requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan maintenance.
• Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture, workflow optimization, and data integrity to support hiring at scale.
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track coordination team performance, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and interviewer experience
