Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Head of Recruiting Coordination to scale the coordination function across our global offices, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficiency throughout the interview lifecycle.

This role owns strategy and execution for recruiting coordination programs, automation initiatives, and process improvements to hire world-class talent at the pace of a hypergrowth AI company.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination.
• Proven track record building and leading a coordination team in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple offices, setting standards for candidate experience, interview logistics, and operational excellence.
• Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers, and coordination training.
• Own Tier 1 operational backlog, including things like creating and closing job requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan maintenance, etc.
• Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture, workflow optimization, and data integrity to support hiring at scale.
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track coordination team performance, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and interviewer experience.
