Smartly is launching the Fall 2026 Internship Program. We seek a Recruiting Operations Intern to support the global recruiting team by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate data, and assisting with postings and reporting.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork across recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. It is a paid, hybrid internship in the United States.

Qualifications

• Full-time rising senior or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Interested in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or HR technology

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our applicant tracking system
• Support job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation
• Assist with recruiting reports and help monitor hiring activity
• Help prepare interview materials, scorecards, and candidate communications
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Support internship-program coordination and additional Talent Acquisition projects
