Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Recruiting Operations Intern for Fall 2026 to support scheduling, candidate data, and process improvements within a global recruiting team.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate information, assist with reports, and help deliver a positive candidate experience while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. This paid internship is 30 hours per week from October 6 to December 17, 2026, with hybrid work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our applicant tracking system.
• Support job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation.
• Assist with recruiting reports and help monitor hiring activity.
• Help prepare interview materials, scorecards, and candidate communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Support internship-program coordination and additional Talent Acquisition projects.
