Job summary

Smartly is excited to kick off applications for our Fall 2026 Internship Program. As an intern on the Growth Marketing team, you will support website updates, ABM campaigns, data analysis, and growth experiments in a fast-growing, hybrid Chicago environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with landing pages, SEO, ABM tooling like LinkedIn and Demandbase, and reporting while contributing to real campaigns and projects through December.

Qualifications

• Full-time rising junior, senior, or graduating student at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Motivated and eager to learn more about marketing; relevant coursework preferred.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable diving into data and using numbers to tell a story.
• Ambitious self-starter who is not afraid to try new things.
• Interested in working in a high-growth environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Website: Support landing-page builds, website updates, and conversion optimization.
• Website: Assist with SEO and AEO research, including FAQs, query insights, and competitor reviews.
• Website: Help maintain website reporting across traffic, engagement, and conversion trends.
• Website: Support experimentation, personalization, and interactive web tools.
• Website: Prepare proof points such as testimonials, case studies, logos, and screenshots.
• ABM: Set up new ABM campaigns in LinkedIn and Demandbase.
• ABM: Create ABM campaign mapping document that shows campaign flow for all targeted accounts.
• ABM: Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to set up and activate new ABM email series.
• ABM: Complete build of the Account Intelligence AI Agent; launch and report on usage.
• ABM: Create framework for Synthetic Persona AI Agent and work with internal stakeholders to align on the approach.
