Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator 2 to support the recruiting lifecycle on-site in Peoria IL or Irving, Dallas. You will assist with interview scheduling, document production, and onboarding tasks while coordinating with sourcers, managers, and recruiters to meet SLAs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of recruitment or HR experience with volume hiring.
• Experience delivering for a delivery organization with multiple resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and generate letters and docs for candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate activities between Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
• Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background checks and pre-hire activities.
• Assist in onboarding activities and data entry for new hires (Taleo/PeopleSoft).
• Ensure day one paperwork and personnel file creation is completed.
