Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive recruiting strategies
• Experience hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director
• Experience building recruiting functions to scale with hyper-growth
• Strong outcomes in conflict resolution, bias disruption, and performance management
• Passion for diversity, belonging, and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Partner with Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources to achieve goals
• Develop long-term recruiting strategy with leaders to bring in exceptional talent
• Build team structures that optimize for efficiency and scale
• Assess and improve recruiting best practices across Corporate Functions
