Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to drive recruiting strategies.
• Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director.
• Experience building recruiting functions to scale with hyper-growth.
• Diversity, belonging and inclusion mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources.
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop long-term recruiting strategy.
• Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale.
• Assess and improve recruiting best practices across Corporate Functions.
• Take ownership of complex change initiatives to achieve results.
