Camelback Resort in Monroe County, PA is seeking a Recruiting Manager to partner with resort leaders and develop strategies to recruit and retain top talent. The role owns the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—working with HR partners to meet talent needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking, supporting J1 and intern recruitment for seasonal placements, and providing interview-based training for managers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Hotel industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; UKG and Job Sync preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities: sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and hiring timelines.
• Identify and fill vacancies with Executive Team, Hiring Managers, and HR partners.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Oversee applicant tracking, postings, pipelines, and timely communication.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling throughout the process.
• Assist with offers, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM.
• Support high-volume recruiting while staying organized and responsive.
• Partner with marketing to develop recruiting materials and ads.
• Coordinate programs with local schools/colleges for future talent.
• Support J1 and intern recruitment strategies for seasonal placement.
• Provide interview-based training for managers and applicants.
