The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 4+ years of HR leadership, with strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS/payroll systems (UKG). You will guide labor relations, policy governance, and talent development across the resort.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Prior hotel or resort HR experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, employee relations, and talent retention.
  • Experience leading employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; UKG experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-property HR leader and partner with Regional HR to implement HR strategies.
  • Support employee engagement, benefits, administration, workers comp, training, and compliance.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and labor relations.
  • Develop the HR budget and manage resources to support hotel operations.
  • Advise property leadership on HR matters with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company standards.
