Job summary

Camelback Resorts, located in Tannersville, PA, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to partner with resort leaders and HR to recruit and retain top talent across properties. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and coordinate with HR partners to meet hiring timelines during peak seasons.

This role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, with strong organization, communication, and candidate-service skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Hotel industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms such as UKG and Job Sync.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams.
• Oversee applicant tracking accuracy and timely candidate communications.
• Support offers, onboarding coordination and recruiting administration.
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
