Job summary

Senior Helpers Central Dallas is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruiting process from sourcing candidates in Hireology to interviews, to new hire orientation and onboarding support. This role emphasizes serving seniors at home while collaborating with supervisors and department managers to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in Hireology.
• One to three years related experience, preferably high-volume recruiting in a Home Care Agency.
• Experience with recruitment processes best practices.
• Success managing client relationships with a commitment to quality and results.
• Ability to pass criminal background screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with their supervisor and department manager to determine hiring needs.
• Determine applicant qualifications by conducting pre-screen interviews of applicants sourced by our Recruiting source. Analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements through the applicant tracking system (ATS) database.
• Input complete applicant and employee information into the home care software and ATS.
• Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications; ensures all communication with candidate is documented.
• Assists in the Onboarding process with new hires; communicates recruitment process and orientation requirements.
• Represent company at internal and external job fairs, attend trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops and other company/client-sponsored events as necessary.
